Wu Style Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a gentle and flowing form of exercise based on the wisdom of Taoist sages. Learning and practising the Wu form can strengthen balance and coordination, as well as memory and inner focus. It is a slow but rewarding process, suitable for most age groups. Please wear soft soled shoes.

Yoga

A standing meditative movement that enhances relaxation, self awareness and vitality. Wear layers of loose, comfy clothing. Bookings are essential.

Make your own Skincare Products

Come and learn how to make your own skincare products from household items. On the day we will make a moisturiser or two as well as lip balms & body scrubs. Recipes will be given out and students can take home creams at an extra cost of $3.00 / jar
